Childers Construction Company is currently providing construction management services for the new Archbold Memorial Hospital Administrative Services Building which will house the hospital’s administrative personnel.

The scope of work for this new construction project includes site preparation, utilities (domestic water, sewer, lift station, fire water and power) to site. This is a structural steel building with brick veneer and a metal and EPDM roof system.

In an effort to expedite the construction start date of this 40,000 s.f., ten (10) month project, an early release package was released for site work, concrete and steel. This project is currently one month ahead of schedule.
